We are consistent with the delivery of top-notch luxury products to all our customers. We make sure to deliver exact sizes, colors, and designs. However, in cases where an error has occurred. Here’s what applies:
- PRODUCTION TAKES 7 – 10 WORKDAYS.
- To avoid deductions, you have 7 days after the delivery date of your order to return it.
- The items must have all their labels and be in perfect condition. Also, note that you will bear the cost of shipping the items back to us.
- Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice.
- Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you.
- You are responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipment.
- We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item if damaged.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

All orders for products are subject to availability and in this regard, in the event of supply difficulties or because products are no longer in stock, we reserve the right to give You information about substitute products of an equal or higher quality and value which You can order. If You do not wish to order such substitute products, we will refund any monies that You might have paid.

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. Whilst we will make our best efforts to always process all the orders, there may be exceptional circumstances which mean that we may need to refuse to process an order after we have sent an Order Confirmation.
Subject to availability, and unless there are any exceptional circumstances, we will endeavor to fulfill your order for product(s) listed in the Order Confirmation by the delivery date set out on the Order Confirmation. If no estimated delivery date is specified, within 10 working days after completing the ordering process.
Reasons for delay could include:

If for any reason whatsoever, we cannot meet the delivery date, You will be kept informed thereof and offered a choice of either continuing with the purchase by setting an extended delivery time or canceling the order with a full refund of the price paid. Please note, however, that we do not deliver on Sundays.
For these terms, the “delivery” shall be deemed to have occurred or the goods shall be deemed to “have been delivered” upon signing for receipt of the products at the agreed delivery address.
The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.
Ownership of products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges, or upon delivery, whichever is the latter.
UNABLE TO DELIVER
If we are unable to deliver the goods after two attempts, we will contact you to rearrange delivery for another mutually convenient day. Please note that delivery cost applies per number of delivery trials.
